Deploy for Free for both Repository & Review Workspaces
Media Corruption & Encryption Detection
Exposes any and all encrypted or corrupted audio and / or video files in a Workspace in a single user action.
Dedicated error messages are returned into the Document List, along with 0:00:00 durations, highlighting all media files that have yet to be decrypted, or that were incorrectly collected or produced.
No need to access individual media files to see whether they can be played or not.
Enables any unplayable, unreviewable media to be removed from Relativity.
User Guide also includes guidance on identifying any corrupt or encrypted media prior to any import into Relativity.
Media Duration Determination & Summation
Accurate duration listed for each playable media file, independent of the presence of duration metadata or its reliability if present.
Media file durations can be listed in both H:MM:SS and summable millisecond formats.
Total duration of playable media for the full range of selection criteria such as custodians and date ranges can be summed up to the sub-second, without having to manually convert from H:MM:SS.
No need to make do with an absence of duration metadata, or to rely on potentially inaccurate metadata.
No need to open individual media files to confirm their actual duration.
Enables the audio / video a Relativity Search Set or Workspace to be sized to the sub-second by playable duration.
Total actual time spent on calls between given custodians, or between a given custodian and another party or parties, and the average duration of those calls, can be calculated and analyzed for different stages of the case timeline in the workspace.
