Verint Communications Analytics (formerly Intelligent Voice) supports the entire process from ingestion and transcription through to productions and presentation of both media and text.
Available Edge on-prem, on your private cloud of choice, or partner hosted, whether integrated or air-gapped.
Multilingual conversations can be processed without the need to pre-determine a primary language, or to pre-determine the regional accent or accents spoken for a given language such as English or Spanish.
All channels within a recording will be transcribed, whether single or multilanguage.
Available Edge on-prem, on your private cloud of choice, or partner hosted, whether integrated or air-gapped.

Processing is robust across near & far field audio, capture methodologies and recording quality.
Supports over two dozen American, Asian and European languages for transcription, including multiple dialects and accents, with the ability to customize lexicons and models case by case, and detect and transcribe language changes mid-conversation.
Unattributed biometric speaker separation can be optionally applied to the transcribed text. Alternatively, if the creation and use of physiological biometric data is not advisable or not permissible in a jurisdiction, biometric speaker separation can remain disabled across the Relativity instance.
