Verint Communications Analytics Review Player
As shown in theMedia section below, auto-tagging surfaces Blind Spots & Unknown Unknowns, whether that be matters described more explicitly over the phone or not raised in written communications at all, resulting in robust additional keywords specifically for voice.
A private, proprietary, Generative AI narrative summarization of the recording is also provided.
Auto-Tag, Search Term Report and Generative AI narrative summaries provide insight without having to review entire recordings, and can enable some initially responsive items to be ruled out without any audio review.
