Any responsive Relativity Search Term Report, and ad hoc Keyword or dtSearch terms, are visualized separately in the player sidebar, and are also clickable.
A range of Founder and C-Suite endorsements and government-hosted case studies speak to Verint Communications Analytics' end-to-end audio and video discovery capabilities.

Verint Communications Analytics Review Player
As shown in the Media section below, auto-tagging surfaces Blind Spots & Unknown Unknowns, whether that be matters described more explicitly over the phone or not raised in written communications at all, resulting in robust additional keywords specifically for voice.A private, proprietary, Generative AI narrative summarization of the recording is also provided.
Auto-Tag, Search Term Report and Generative AI narrative summaries provide insight without having to review entire recordings, and can enable some initially responsive items to be ruled out without any audio review.
User-variable timing split gaps between sections of transcribed text highlight:
- Transitions from background chatter to near-field conversations
- Changes of pace
- Confidence / decisiveness
- Uncertainty / sensitivity
Transcribed text is optionally separated by speaker for different voices, or by channel for any multi-channel recordings, reducing difficulties with understanding any over-talk.
Playback auto-scrolls through successive timestamped sections of transcribed text, with optional karaoke-style highlighting of spoken words.
The Verint Communications Analytics Player, with its auto-tag summary and auto-scrolling separated transcription, can be downloaded as a standalone HTML player.
A Web Video Text Track VTT file, based on the split gap time setting, can be produced directly from within the player, whether from within Relativity or the downloaded HTML player.
